When it comes to building stronger teams, sometimes the best way forward is off the beaten track—literally. For international IT company Sumsub, we designed a thrilling SUV off-road experience in the heart of Fruška Gora National Park, combining adventure, teamwork, and natural beauty into a day that pushed boundaries and brought colleagues closer together.
Behind the wheel of powerful SUVs, participants navigated through winding forest trails, rugged hills, and hidden pathways of Serbia’s most celebrated Northern mountain. The challenge required more than just driving skills—it demanded communication, collaboration, and trust. Every obstacle became a chance to problem-solve as a group, turning the off-road experience into a real-life metaphor for the IT industry’s fast-paced and dynamic challenges.
Beyond the adrenaline, the setting of Fruška Gora provided moments of calm and inspiration. Known as the “jewel of Vojvodina,” the mountain offered sweeping views, fresh air, and a sense of escape from the digital world—an ideal backdrop for reflection and bonding.
The off-road adventure ended with a relaxed gathering, where colleagues could share stories, laugh over unexpected turns, and celebrate their achievements together. By combining action with authenticity, DMC Vekol once again showcased how a well-crafted team building program can leave participants not only energized, but more connected, motivated, and ready to tackle challenges side by side.
